【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofpotablewaterserviceequipmentwhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisstandardappliesto:—self-propelledpotablewatervehicles;—towablepotablewatervehicles;—moveablepartsoframpintegratedsystems,designedforservicingaircraftandintendedtobeusedundertheconditionsgiveninclause1ofEN1915-1:2001(ExamplesseeannexA).Thisstandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsforhazardscausedbynoiseandvibration.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletopotablewaterserviceequipmentwhichismanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
