【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesthecoatings,dimensions,materials,lubricationandperformancerequirementsforpre-appliedadhesivetypebolts,screwsandstudswithamicro-encapsulatedchemicaladhesivefeatureincorporatedintothethread,whentestedatanambientroomtemperaturebetween15℃and30℃.Itappliestobolts,screwsandstuds:a)withISOmetriccoarsepitchM6toM20threadsconformingtoBS3643:Part2:1981;b)withspecificstrengthrequirementsconformingtoeitherBS6104:Part3:1981,BS6105:1981orBSEN20898-1:1992,asappropriate;c)withthreadsoftoleranceclass6gor4hconformingtoBS3643:Part2:1981;d)forapplicationintoamatingcomponentwithathreadoftoleranceclass6HconformingtoBS3643:Part2:1981;e)forusewithinthetemperaturerange-50℃to+150℃.Thefollowingarenotcoveredinthescopeofthisstandard:1)capabilityofprovidingapressureorliquidseal;2)performanceattemperaturesoutsidetheoperatingrange;3)performanceofbolts,screwsandstudsforwhichalubricatedcoatingisnotpermissible.
