【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesbasicrequirementsforthemeasurementofthespacecraftflightenvironmentsgeneratedbythelaunchvehicle,telemetrydataprocessingandformatsofanalysisreports.ThisInternationalStandarddefinesthefieldandnumberofmeasurementparameters,theprinciplesofdataprocessing,theformatofdelivereddataandthecontentandtheformoftheflightenvironmentanalysisreport.Flighttelemetrydataareusedtoverifyifflightenvironmentconditionsexceedpre-flightanalysesandenvironmentaltestresults.Intheeventofalaunchfailure,adequateflightenvironmentdatacanassistininvestigatingandanalysingfailurecauses.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletocommerciallaunchvehiclesandrelatedgroundprocessing,nomatterwhichlaunchvehicleagenciesareselected.
