【摘要】:Thistestmethodevaluatestheenergyconsumptionandperformanceofstaff-servehotdelicaseswithheatedwellslocatedwithinafullyorpartiallyenclosedheatedcavity.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectastaffservedhotdelicaseandunderstanditsenergyconsumptionandperformance.Thistestmethodisapplicabletoelectricpowered,hotdelicasesthathavebeendesignedforstaffserviceofpreparedhotfooditemsthatareheldinopenhotelpans.Thedelicasecanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):Energyinputrate(10.2),Holdingcapacity(10.3),Holdingtemperaturecalibration(10.3),Preheatenergyrate,(10.4),Idleenergyrate(10.5),andHoldingenergyrate(10.6).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thistestmethodmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
