【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsand/orthemeasurestoremovethehazardsandlimittheriskoncircularsawbenches/up-cuttingcross-cutsawingmachines,hereinafterreferredtoas"machines",designedtocutsolidwood,chipboard,fibreboard,plywoodandalsothesematerialswheretheyarecoveredwithplasticedgingand/orplastic/lightalloylaminates.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:—handheldwoodworkingmachinesoranyadaptationpermittingtheiruseinadifferentmode,i.e.benchmounting;—machinessetuponabenchoratablesimilartoabench,whichisintendedtocarryoutworkinastationaryposition,capableofbeingliftedbyonepersonbyhand.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversthehazardsrelevanttothesemachinesasstatedinclause4.ForComputerNumericallyControlled(CNC)machinesthisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverhazardsrelatedtoElectro-MagneticCompatibility(EMC).ThisEuropeanStandardisprimarilydirectedatmachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisEuropeanStandard.NOTECircularsawbenchesaredealtwithinEN1870-1:1999.
